NST’s Patch Management Service (PMS) provides ongoing patch management core platform support, administration, configuration, and patch deployment based on a thorough understanding of your business requirements and IT environment.

The service is designed to provide a comprehensive lifecycle approach for patch management including assessing, discovering, planning, testing, deploying and validating deployment to systems under management. This activity is fully automated thus reducing the risk of inadvertently missing out on an important security patch. It is possible to have this process run in a testbed prior to rolling out to the production environment. We drive this process with full-time engineers (24x7) who are responsible for ensuring that all patches are applied successfully, as it is common for automated patches to fail. The entire process is fully reported monthly.
