The original company was formed back in 1979, specialising in the IBM SNA networking space. Named Network Systems Technology (NST), the company built protocol convertors allowing non-IBM devices to communicate with IBM mainframes. Over time the focus moved to IBM Terminal Emulation products which again, allowed PCs to communicate with IBM mainframes and other host computers. Along with this, NST delivered software solutions allowing for the modernisation of traditional applications, combining business logic and workflow.
Around 2005 the business started moving into the Managed Services arena. Whilst continuing with emulation and application modernisation solutions, the managed service business started to grow, and today represents the main focus of the company. Today we focus on delivering cost-effective and knowledgeable IT solutions for small to medium enterprises (SME).
NST’s core goal is to deliver our clients an unsurpassed user-experience. We are committed to ensuring that our clients’ needs are fully met. We can boast that we have never lost a contract due to our doing, and as such our clients are our best references.
Our main office is located in Lane Cove, NSW. We also maintain high-availability data centre facilities for our hosted and cloud-based clients.

ITIL is a set of best practices for delivery of IT Service Management that aligns itself with actual defined business needs. ITIL is published as a series of specific core silos, each dedicated to a separate Service Delivery Lifecycle Stage. Why is this important? Because you need to be confident that your IT service provider is running your IT in the best way possible!
